FORKLIFT LICENCE COURSE Structure

Tailored to your experience, the Forklift Training will be conducted over 2 days, including both practical and theory training. The small class sizes ensure that students receive maximum driving time on the forklift in preparation for the Forklift Assessment.

Forklift licence course outcomes

On successful completion of this Forklift Licence, participants will receive a Notice of Assessment; TLILIC2001 Licence to operate a forklift truck issued by Ace Workplace Training, and a temporary WorkSafe Forklift Licence; Licence to Perform High Risk Work – LF. This temporary licence needs to be submitted to Australia Post within 60 days of completion, along with a fee of $65.00 to WorkSafe Victoria. You will then receive your licence in the mail, which is valid for a period of 5 years. 

Forklift PRE-Assessment

A pre-assessment workbook is to be completed at home prior to attending the forklift licence training. Further theory is conducted in the class.

ONSITE FORKLIFT TRAINING AND LICENCE MELBOURNE – WORKPLACE FORKLIFT TRAINING

Ace Workplace Training also provides onsite forklift training where our trainers come to you in all areas of Melbourne and regional Victoria, saving you time and money. We will design a forklift training program around your requirements which can include beginner training, refresher courses or verification of competencies to ensure your licensed operators are driving safely.

FORKLIFT LICENCE COURSE REQUIREMENTS

• Have valid photo identification

• Be a resident of Victoria (or have a valid reason for completing your course in Victoria)

• Have basic english and numeracy skills. Please let us know if you need assistance with reading or writing

• Complete a workbook prior to your forklift licence course
